Q1: What are your products made from?
Our products are made from renewable plant-based materials such as PLA, PBAT, corn starch, and sugarcane bagasse.
Q2: Are your products food safe?
Yes. All products meet international food-contact safety standards and contain no harmful substances.
Q3: Are your products biodegradable or compostable?
They are compostable. Under industrial composting conditions, the materials break down into CO₂, water, and organic matter within 90–180 days.
Q4: What certifications do you have?
Our partner factories hold certifications such as BPI, OK Compost, EN13432, and FDA food safety reports.
Q5: How should I store your products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is typically 12months.

SUSTAINABILITY & COMPOSTING
Q1: What’s the difference between biodegradable and compostable?
Biodegradable means the material can be broken down by microorganisms, but compostable means it turns into organic matter that enriches the soil—without leaving microplastics.
Q2: How long does it take for your products to compost?
Under industrial composting conditions (58°C, humidity >50%), it usually takes 3–6 months to fully decompose.
Q3: Why is composting important?
Composting reduces landfill waste, lowers carbon emissions, and returns nutrients back to nature.
Q4: Do your products leave any residue or microplastics?
No. Our certified materials fully break down into natural elements without leaving harmful residue.
